Hallucination Flowers

A hyper-colored fantasy about flowers, in which flower creatures “come to life” and spread into spaces of color. This work was made with a ready-made video – found footage of a time lapse depicting flowers at their peak moment of bloom. Using editing manipulations, the flowers are duplicated and disrupted in search for the boundary between flowers and abstraction.
